Tengku Indra
As a Certified Behavioural Consultant and Coach, Tengku Sri Indra has mentored, coached and trained thousands of senior managers and professionals across industries and regions over the last 35 years. Prior to embarking on his consulting and mentoring career in 1995, Tengku worked in three large corporations which include Singapore Airlines, General Electric and Monsanto Chemicals USA where he last held the position of Regional Director for Southern Asia. Being an active social activist as a Rotarian, Tengku Indra gives extensive career talks to civic and non-governmental organisations. Tengku has received for three consecutive years (2015-2017) Excellence in Vocational Service Leadership Awards from District 3300.

Indra Saiful
Indra Saiful has bagged more than fifteen years of management experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry such as Pfizer and Actavis holding various portfolios which include Finance, Business Planning and Product Management. As a Senior Partner with SDG, Indra Saiful specialises in Business Process and Company Evaluations especially during the period of transformation. He is also actively engaged in identifying consumer behavioural trends, documenting and sharing it with SDG clients.

Upon graduating in Accounting from the United Kingdom in 1999, Chin Huei started her career as a Group Accountant with Courtaulds Textiles, UK. In 2001 she relocated to Brunei Darussalam to work as Retail Bank Officer with Bank Baiduri Group where she rose up to be its Chief Learning Officer in 2009. Chin Huei moved to Singapore in 2016 and joined SDG International as its Senior Partner specialising in Customer Management.

Tengku Azan Shah
Azan graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Finance from Michigan State University and has 10 years of experience in Finance, Business Consulting & Project Management. He started his career with Bloomberg (NYC) on the Oil & Gas research desk and later headed a Bloomberg Startup that provided Supply Chain Data Analysis on Public Companies. In 2010, he moved to Singapore where he managed Bloomberg’s Equity Research Team for South East Asia & Australia and subsequently headed their technology and Innovation initiative for Asia. In this role, he scrutinised business processes and leveraged technology to make data processing more efficient and cost effective. He also founded Singapore’s first Creative Co-working space, Front Desk and has incubated a few startups. Azan who is a Partner with SDG International is currently engaged revolutionising retail sales through the use of vending machines for Kalm's Singapore.
